BF051FBM is a flexible OLED made by BOE, which is used for some cellphones or other applications such as robots, and VR.
Its general features are summarized by Panox Display as follows: Wide Color Gamut, DCI-P3,sRGB, With Touch, Touch on Film. This model was released on Q3, 2018, and is still in production. Panox Display are specialized in PMOLED, AMOLED,TFT-LCD,Memory LCD,Micro OLED.Including a customized Touch Panel, and HDMI Controller Driving board.

This 5.1-inch flexible OLED is integrated with an on-cell touch panel, the Goodix touch Chip is a professional driver IC for on-cell OLEDs.
The COF structure is not like the common structure (COG) in normal displays, COF can make flexible OLED bent in a vertical way.
Anyway, the on-cell touch panel and COG make the display thinner, and lighter. Make the 2.5D cover glass on your smartphone come true.

Where can I get the cover glass or touch screen for this display panel?
First, you need to check whether this display has On-cell or In-cell touch panel, if has, it only needs to add a cover glass on it. If not, it needs an external touch panel.
(On-cell and In-cell are integrated PCAP touch panels on the display screen)
Because the shape of the cover glass depends on the design of the clients, to avoid infringement of appearance, most of the developers need different customized touch panels.
